based on my experience – I must say – they don’t have such thing as ‘customer support’. Whenever I call them up, they just take a piss. To make it short, let me just paraphrase their strapline: “Britain’s Shitest Energy Company”!

I have been with them for over a 2 years now and believe me – they really suck!
Let me tell you something, there is couple of things I hate the most and these are: Windows Vista, Npower and BT, not to mention HM Revenue (stealing our money and doing fuck all)
That’s just not on!

I would love to see a link to this page on google obviously, somewhere within first 10 results pages. That will be really good compensation to me for all the time and stress I lost with them.
And one more thing, if they send me again their stupid £20 compensation cheque, I will just make a video how I burn it with fucking huge smile on my face…
My point here is really to make other people think twice before they sign up for Npower shit. Save yourself trouble and stay away from them. They treat me like a junk… not a customer. Now, if not with them yet, ask yourself if you really want it.
