it took me quite a while to get my email client (Thunderbird) sorted out. I was faffing with that shit over 3 days so I got completely stressed out. I couldn’t figure out what was the problem until uninstalled McAfee and that was the solution I was crying for. ‘Security Center’ was blocking connections with SMTP so I couldn’t send out any emails. Every time I tried that, message was saying ‘connected to blablabla’, progress bar has been playing the animation and everything seemed to be on hold, like doing nothing. This shit really pissed me off as I couldn’t do any of my work! As a result of that I am delayed with few urgent things and have no idea how I’m gonna manage
What must I notice is that I’ve been recently installing some weird updates to McAfee and that obviously fucked up everything. I also don’t recommend installing Windows OneCare, it’s just time wasting shit so I suggest to take a piss on that.

I used to have Norton Antivirus and it was even worse than McAfee is now.
So far I discovered that problems disappear when I connect to my BT Hub directly. If I go through Netgear router, McAfee doesn’t recognize any network connection. It’s really weird, however it must be the actual reason for that problem.
If I won’t solve that shortly, I might be considering new antivirus software like NOD32.
